DELIVERY
All orders will be fulfilled and dispatched as quickly as possible. We are unable to make any changes or cancel an order once placed.
There may be additional customs and duties charges, these charges vary depending on each country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, we are unable to cover this charge. We have no control over these charges.
We aim to deliver your order within a maximum of 30 days. For International orders, delays may occur beyond our control, such as customs checks, movement restrictions, government legislation etc. RELM CLOTHING cannot be held responsible to delays beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL
If you order products from us for delivery to a destination outside the UK:
Please note that all EU orders will be shipped with all delivery duties paid. If outside of the EU your order will be shipped with duties unpaid and may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination. Please note that RELM CLOTHING cannot take responsibility for these charges and have no control of the amount and all responsibility for payment of any such import duties lies with the customer. If you require confirmation of the amount of duties payable please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes and your order will be returned to RELM CLOTHING.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. RELM CLOTHING will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
If you return any products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect. RELM CLOTHING will not accept import charges on returned goods.
RETURNS
Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date you received your order. All items must be returned with no signs of wear, damage or foreign bodies with the original labels attached.
We are unable to offer exchanges on items.
All returns are at your own cost unless.

REFUNDS
Once we have received your return we aim to process all your refund within 14 working days. This may take longer during busy times in the year.
All refunds will be refunded back to the original payment method. Once a refund has been issued, please allow 3-5 working days for this to reflect in your account.
We do not refund delivery charges or return postage costs.
FAULTY
Please notify us within 30 days of the date you received your order regarding a fault. If you consider that any product we have supplied is faulty or mis-described, please email us at admin@relmclothing.co.uk with clear photos of the fault, your name and order number.
PAYMENTS
Our products and delivery charges are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any currently conversions shall be carried out by your own bank at your own cost.
We currently only accept PayPal, Visa and Credit Cards as payment methods.
All prices include VAT at the current UK rate. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes for international orders. Please note that RELM CLOTHING cannot take responsibility for these charges and have no control of the amount.
OUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT
We may end the contract at any time by writing to you if:
1. You do not make any payment to us when it is due.
2. You do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products.
3. You do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you.
SHOPIFY
Relm Clothing is hosted by Shopify who provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Shopify will process your order request and your payment. By submitting your order, you agree to Shopify processing your order.

To Purchase from us the following are compulsory::
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract with us (for example, in England and Wales you must be at least 18 years old);
You are an authorised user of the means used to pay for your order (ie PayPal/VISA etc);

PRICE AND PAYMENTS
Our products as shown on our website are priced in pounds sterling (GBP).
All prices include VAT at the UK current rate applicable.
We can change the prices on our site at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted. However, if the rate of VAT changes after the date of your order, We will adjust the rate of VAT you pay unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.
If orders are placed from countries outside the UK then see section regarding SALES OUTSIDE UK, CUSTOMS CHARGES AND RETURNS above.
You must pay for the products (including all applicable delivery charges), and we will charge the PayPal account you have chosen to use to pay for your order once you reach the final billing page and submit your order. We immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.
If we accept and process your order where there is a pricing error that is obvious and unmistakable and which could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may end the contract, refund to you any sums you have paid under the contract and require the return of any products provided to you.
